Affiliate Policy for INDstartup :

Indstartup offers a commission-based affiliate program to its partners who promote and refer customers to our hosting services. The following terms and conditions apply to our affiliate program:

1. Commission Rate: Indstartup offers a 50% commission on each successful sale referred by our affiliate partners.
2. Eligibility: Anyone can participate in our affiliate program, including bloggers, website owners, influencers, and social media enthusiasts.
3. Promotion: Affiliates are required to promote Indstartup hosting services through their websites, blogs, social media, email newsletters, and other online channels.
4. Prohibited Activities: Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any activities that violate our terms of service or cause harm to our brand reputation.
5. Payouts: Affiliate commission payouts are processed on a monthly basis, and payments are made via PayPal or wire transfer.
6. Cookie Duration: Indstartup uses a 30-day cookie duration to track affiliate referrals. This means that affiliates will receive commission on any sale made within 30 days of the customer clicking on their referral link.
7. Order Cancellation: If a customer cancels their hosting account within 30 days of the purchase date, the affiliate commission will not be paid out.
8. Fraudulent Activity: Any fraudulent or suspicious activity by an affiliate will result in immediate termination of the affiliate account and forfeiture of any pending commissions.

To clarify, if an account owner purchases our hosting service through their own affiliate link, they will not be eligible to receive affiliate payment for that sale. This is because the purpose of the affiliate program is to reward partners for promoting our services and referring new customers to us. If the same person is both the account owner and the affiliate, there is no referral or promotion involved.

Additionally, if multiple purchases are made from the same IP address, we reserve the right to investigate and potentially withhold affiliate payments if we suspect any fraudulent activity. This is to ensure the integrity of our affiliate program and prevent any misuse of the system.

9. Termination: Indstartup reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s account at any time for any reason, without prior notice.
10. Changes to the Affiliate Policy: Indstartup reserves the right to modify this affiliate policy at any time, without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the affiliate to regularly review this policy for any changes.
