Refund and Cancellations Policy

Refund is not available on any product monthly plan

The Refund policy for above hosting product is a full refund of the product price 7 days from the date of purchase for any reason or no reason, open a refund request from your account. Please note that cancellation should be within 7 days of purchase. We will refund the product amount as on the choice of method such as Razorpay/Stripe/UPI.

Only first-time accounts are eligible for a refund. For example, if you’ve had an account with us before, canceled and signed up again, or if you have opened a second account with us, you will not be eligible for a refund. Violations of this Agreement will waive your rights under the refund policy.

Domains refund policy

No refunds will be given after you transfer any domain or registration.

Please note that for Shared Hosting, Reseller Hosting, and Cloud Hosting, you can avail of the money-back guarantee only once and not applied for server abuse cases. Ex: Account used for mass mailing, account suspended due to nulled scripts.

Please note that all refund requests will be processed within 7 business days.

Any problem you should report in detail to the support team. If no solution is available from the support team, send a refund request. Refunds will be made after consideration.Refunds will not be given if the problem is resolved. Note : that tax and processing charges will not be refunded on the refund price. Refunds are not possible if our Tram & Condition Policy is not followed
